We are working on some brew guides which will live here soon but for now here are some basic guidelines for our coffee.
Espresso -
Extract around double the weight you grind. So if you use a 20g filter basket then weigh out 20g of coffee and aim to extract 40g of espresso in around 25 seconds. Experiment with longer shots for different flavours and mouthfeel.
Filter -
Use 6-7g of coffee for every 100ml of water. So for example on a 200ml Aeropress brew, use 12-14g of coffee. Adjust your grind for flavour and balance.
